ghostfeather recruits from the database on its in-house productions, and we have plans to expand this facility into a service for the Arts & Media community at large in early 2006, when ghostfeather's skillsmatch database will become the basis for a cross-disciplinary recruitment agency: the first of it's kind anywhere in the world!
